Day 1
Izola & Piran
09:00 Tourist Information Center detour where you will receive more information on Izola’s maritime heritage landmarks (bike rental near the info-centre)
- we recommend sightseeing of: Izolana – House of the Sea, harbour, lighthouse, shipyard, Delamaris, Arrigoni, boat Biser (Pearl), Archaeological park
12:00 lunch in Izola – enjoy the offer of one of Izola’s authentic fish restaurants
14:00 towards Sečovlje: along the paths of former Parenzana railway
15:00 natural pearl: salt pan Sečovlje and Museum of Salt Making detour
16:30 departure towards Piran with intermediate stops:
- we recommend: Monfort salt storehouse and info center, shipyard 2. Oktober (Bernardin), Fizine, sailboat Galeb, Sergej Mašera Maritime Museum in Piran, harbour, lighthouse
19:00 dinner in Piran or somewhere in the region – we recommend the typical dishes of Piran’s hinterland

Rovinj
09:00 towards the Croatian Istria: departure towards Rovinj by a boat
10:00 hear out the story of batana: sightseeing via the story of batana, bitinada, Rovinj’s regatta, fish industry and a Small shipyard detour
12:00 a visit must have: House of Batana
12:30 lunch: we recommend departure for spacio accompanied with the »Sing & Sea« programme
14:00 getting to know one of the sea’s cycle routes: we recommend Vistrum trail (route duration: 2 hours)
