The Church of St Nicholas at the entrance to Puntarska Draga in the Buka area was built in 1911. Since St Nicholas is the patron saint of sailors and children, the seafarers of Punat had a church built dedicated to this saint and bishop. On the feast day of St Nicholas, a mass is celebrated in the church, and flowers are laid in the sea for all the deceased sailors and fishermen.
Opis
Church of St. Nicholas is one nave chapel like building with little bell tower with distaff, two bells and pointed arch closed portal and windows.
