Remarkably valuable project the earliest construction for torpedos in really damaged state.
The launch structure is a purposeful industrial skeletal functional structure made in two stages: based on a concrete pillars embedded in the seabed along the coast and on concrete beams with a three-storey wooden superstructure for observation and correction of torpedo navigation. Due to direct exposure to the sun, salinity, corrosion of reinforcement of concrete load-bearing structure caused by chloride ions, strong storm surges, southeast winds and bora, the basic supporting structure of reinforced concrete and brick was repaired and reconstructed several times. The launch station was in active use until the mid-1960s, when the torpedo production ceased.
